By using our service, you will accept all the below terms and conditions.
- All lessons to be paid for 48 hours prior to the lesson starting
- Your lessons will be structured according to the approved DVSA syllabus
- Our Instructors endeavour to arrive at the arranged time but you should allow for up to 10 minutes after the start time in view of varying traffic conditions
- Should you need to cancel a lesson, we require 48 hours notice otherwise you may be charged
- If the instructor reaches at the arranged time and location and you are not ready and present, there is a 15 minute wait policy from the start time before the instructor may leave unless contact is made
- The instructor cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown, but will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible
- With regard to driving tests, the instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of their vehicle, if in their professional assessment you do not meet the safety and competency standards required by the DVSA to enable you to attempt the practical Driving Test
- SB Auto Pass accepts no responsibility for any test cancelled by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) but you will be advised on the compensation procedure that you have to follow
- In the event of any vehicle damage during a test there will be an excess of £250 chargeable irrespective of the damage caused
- It’s your responsibility to inform SB Auto Pass of any driving convictions, penalty points or medical conditions that may prevent you from learning to drive
- It’s your responsibility to inform the instructor if you have to take medication that will affect your driving as soon as you are aware and inform them if you have consumed or are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol
- SB Auto Pass Instructors at all times are polite and courteous and they expect the same in return
- Driving a vehicle is for adults and SB Auto Pass expects you to take responsibility for your learning and conduct yourselves in the same manner
